2.Individual as well as Departmental Achievements:
a. Dr Sarika Dakshikar conducted National level workshop on NDPS Act at ANCIPS 2022.
b. Dr Sarika Dakshikar appointed as member of Nashamukt Bharat Abhiyaan Committee by Honourable Collector, Mumbai.
c. Dr Sarika Dakshikar attended State Mental Health Authority meetings as subject expert.
d. Dr Sarika Dakshikar represented Grant Govt Medical College for meetings regarding healthcare services to Transgender persons. Additionally, she was appointed Chairperson of the Committee to form SOP for newly conceptualised Transgender Ward and actively participated in the same.

3. Exceptional and Challenging Cases Treated:
a. Late Onset Psychosis with Non-Ketotic Hyperglycemic Hemichorea in a K/C/O Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Ischemic Heart Disease.
b. Catatonia as presentation of Alcohol Withdrawal.
c. Psychosis as presentation of SSPE with CSF titres of measles antibodies, without EEG changes.
d. Opioid use disorder with only lower back ache on withdrawal.

a. Awareness Programme on International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking – June 28th, 2022: Interactive session in English, Hindi, and Marathi with patients and relatives, awareness by sharing problem-oriented experiences and solutions
b. Guidance Programme for Awareness about Government Schemes for Transgender Individuals – September 30th, 2022: Awareness about health facilities and de-addiction centre at GT Hospital
c. National De-addiction Day – October 2nd, 2022: Awareness rally and lectures and CME for nursing students
d. Mental Health Week – October 10th, 2022: Awareness programme in English, Hindi, and Marathi with patients and relatives
e. Transgender Sensitisation Programme – December 10th, 2022: Sensitisation programme for Health Care Workers and nursing students
